Fund Manager

Cayuse Fund Manager lets principal investigators and research administrators monitor budget and spending on sponsored project funds. Users can check budgeted amounts, encumbrances, and remaining balances across account codes.  

Cayuse FM pulls financial information from the Banner Finance system to give authorized users an accurate picture of fund activity. By regularly using Cayuse FM, investigators and administrators can understand burn rate, forecast expenses, and keep project spending on track.  

Your access to fund data in Cayuse FM will mirror your Banner Finance access. PIs should have automatic access once the sponsored project fund (2XXXXX) is established. To update your access, complete and submit the “Banner Finance Account Request Form.”
