Cayuse Hazard Safety is the electronic IBC submission system that UNCG has selected to replace the current paper-based submission applications.

The Cayuse Hazard Safety system allows investigators to prepare, submit, and route IBC submissions with secure electronic document technology. Cayuse Hazard Safety is used to prepare and submit all initial submissions, as well as make amendments, request annual renewals, and submit De Novo reviews.
